Lady Maximo – Fashion Stylist

She was born and raised in Manila, Philippines and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business from De La Salle University-CSB in 2005. After working at a start-up advertising agency in Manila for a year, she moved to Shenzhen, China in 2006 and worked in a family business for two and a half years until she moved to Los Angeles in 2009 and studied Visual Communications at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM). While in school, she interned for BCBG Max Azria, which led to an apprenticeship with LA/NY stylist Sally Lyndley. She graduated as Magna Cum Laude from FIDM in 2010 and landed a job as a Visual Specialist for Banana Republic stores in the LA district while doing freelance styling jobs and collaborative creative projects. In early 2013 she was hired as lead stylist at at their San Diego studio where she still works currently. She is a style consultant for The Fresh Yard, a men’s streetwear and contemporary boutique in San Diego and content contributor for their online blog. She also is a freelance stylist who does personal style-makeovers, commercial and runway-styling, and is a stylist-contributor for @styledbymarvel, Marvel Comics’ official fashion instagram. She also is a freelance stylist who does personal style-makeovers, music video, commercial and runway-styling.

With her international background and diverse styling experience, Lady offers her clientele a unique style-perspective that stems from an authentic passion for self-expression and individuality that is never without a touch of edge.
